CAJUN BOILED PEANUT RECIPE
----------------------------------------------------
Per Gallon Of Water
1 Tsp of Cayanne
1 Tsp of pepper
1 Tsp of Garlic Powder
1 Bay Leaf
1 Tsp of Basil
1/2 Cup Of Salt
4 Oz Of Seafood Boil
3 Pouches Of Louisiana Seasoning
8 gallons Of water
25 lbs of peanuts

Get The Water Boiling With The Seasoning And Then Add The Peanuts. KEEP Them On A Hard Boil For The First 8 Mins And Then Turn Down Fire And Just Simmer With Lid On For 1 Hr. THEN Check For Tenderness. THEN Turn Off The Fire And Let Them Soak For 1 hr Then Taste. If Noe Seasoned Enough Let The Soak Another hour
