Oldham: Child Poverty, Prostitution And Racial Tensions

In this episode I visit parts of oldham to explore the statistics that parts of Oldham are the highest in the north west for child poverty. During my visit I found it quite unusual the number of people who wouldn't appear on camera or talk with me, I later spoke with a number of people who told me there are issues in regards to cultural tensions in this area.
