Peter Navarro has 'lost influence' in the Oval Office

Former White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney claims Trump's trade advisor Peter Navarro has "lost influence" in the Oval Office.

"Peter [Navarro] is tough to work with – I worked with him in the first iteration of the Trump administration, and he is really difficult to work with … but that being said, he is a trusted advisor to the president," Mr Mulvaney told Sky News host James Morrow.

"The folks who saw tariffs as an end to themselves, those who wanted to put tariffs on and leave them forever, and in Peter Navarro's case, they are clearly losing influence in the Oval Office."
