Drones can be made resistant to jamming by using a fiber-optic cable between the operator and the drone.
This video is an unplanned addendum to a three-part series describing an alternate method to achieve the same or similar resistance to jamming, without using a fiber-optic cable.
This video makes the point that the link can be operated during frequency transitions. This is unlike a conventional frequency hopping spread spectrum solution in which the link cannot be used until the new frequency has been acquired by the receiver and acquisition transient has settled.
