🌾 Stuffed Mooli Paratha
Description:
Soft wheat parathas filled with a tasty mixture of grated radish, spices, and herbs. A classic North Indian breakfast that’s flavourful, comforting, and perfect with curd or pickle.

📝 Ingredients:
For Dough:
• 2 cups whole wheat flour
• Water (as needed)
• Salt (a pinch)
• 1–2 tsp oil (optional)
For Stuffing:
• 1 large mooli (radish) – grated
• 4 green chilies – finely chopped
• 2 tbsp fresh cilantro – chopped
• ½ tsp cumin seeds
• ½ tsp ajwain (carom seeds)
• ½ tsp red chilli powder
• ½ tsp garam masala (optional)
• ½ tsp amchur (dry mango powder) or few drops lemon juice
• Salt to taste

👩🍳 Instructions:
1. Prepare the Dough
1. Add wheat flour, salt, and little water.
2. Knead into a soft, smooth dough.
3. Rest the dough for 10–15 minutes.
2. Prepare the Stuffing
1. Grate the radish and squeeze out extra water.
2. Add green chilli, cilantro, cumin seeds, ajwain, red chilli powder, garam masala, amchur/lemon juice, and salt.
3. Mix well.
3. Make the Parathas
1. Take a small dough ball and roll it slightly.
2. Add a spoonful of stuffing in the centre.
3. Close the dough from all sides and flatten gently.
4. Roll into a round paratha.
5. Cook on a hot tawa on both sides using a little ghee or oil until golden brown.
