Big Dipper is a classic wooden roller coaster at Blackpool Pleasure Beach. This ride recently celebrated its 100th birthday, as it opened back in 1923. The original layout was designed by John Miller, but it was extensively modified in 1936 by Charles Paige. This coaster has some fantastic drops in the back car, but this ride feels its age.
