What is up run fans, we're at Hove Promenade parkrun today and we're in the BRAND NEW Adidas Adizero Adios Pro 4!
I'm the official 20 minute pacer once again and this time I have a massive group of runners all looking to break that big barrier. Hove had nearly 800 runners today, and so it is BUSY!
