Should you install Linux on an old laptop? - Testing Mint on an old Thinkpad

Linux can revive your old laptop and make it modern and fast again.
So today, we're installing Linux Mint on a 2011 Lenovo ThinkPad L420. We're also upgrading the 5,400RPM hard drive to an SSD.
