Automatic sorting machine for large stretchable parts. The core of the system is the vision unit, consisted of 4 linear cameras. The parts arrive on the conveyor belt and are taken by 2 pulleys, placing them in front of the cameras.
The cameras inspect all the surfaces while each part is stretched and rotated. Report and statistic of all pieces inspected are available for the operator. Upon request, a camera system to inspect the dimension or a point-to-point laser to measure part’s thickness can be added.
