From CNC Masters Machinery, you can now add a closed loop option to your CNC milling machine or CNC 1440 lathe. With the closed loop option, each axis will give feedback to the controller and software to ensure the most accurate positioning of the cutter machining your part. CNC Masters uses its own scales mounted on its cnc mills that plug into the CNC Masters Controller for DRO counter control and accurate feed back. So even if with some backlash, the closed loop option will keep driving the axis motor until it reaches its end position before driving to the next coordinate. This is closed-loop machining using linear scales, making it far superior over closed loop systems that are built into their axis motors! With closed loop axis motors, if you have some play on the X plane, your X motor will still never know that you have some play on the axis. Since our system uses built in linear scales at each axis, with CNC Masters, you can't go wrong adding this closed-loop option to your CNC mill machine.
