Rocky Road Float In A Cup
Ingredients
4 sachet (22g) Milo
225g Graham Chocolate Crackers
2 pack(250ml) All-purpose cream, chilled overnight
1 Big can (300ml) Condensed MIlk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup peanut
1/2 cup chopped cashew nut, optional
1/2 chocolate chips or chopped chocolate

Procedure
1. Put graham chocolate crackers in a ziplock bag. Crushed graham chocolate using a rolling pin. You can also use food processor or a blender if you have one to make things easier. Set Aside.
2. In a bowl beat chilled all purpose cream using a hand mixer over high speed until it doubled in volume. Then add condensed milk and vanilla. Beat again until well blended into the cream.
3. Add milo powder and mix manually first before using a hand mixer so the milo powder won't splatter. Then using a hand mixer beat over high speed until milo is well blended into the mixture. Place mixture into a piping bag so it will be easier to pipe into the cups.
4. Place 3 tbsp crushed graham chocolate at the bottom of the cups. Pipe mixture on top of crushed graham chocolate. Tap to flatten the mixture. Add peanut, chopped cashew nuts(optional), mini marshmallows and chocolate chips or chopped chocolate on top of cream. Repeat process until you reach the top of the cup. Before putting the final toppings chill float in the ref for 1 hour so the toppings won't sink into the cream.
5. Once it chilled for 1 hour put peanuts, chopped cashew nuts, mini marshmallows and chocolate chips for the final toppings. Cover and chill in the ref for 4 hours or overnight before serving.
