How to install OpenCL 2.x via ROCm 3.3 on Ubuntu 19.10 + Mesa Driver for AMD GPU

OpenCL support for Linux for AMD side needs some user effort in case you didn't use proprietary graphics driver like AMDGPU-Pro, and especially if you use newer Ubuntu version like 19.x onwards. This video will lay out how to have your system installed with OpenCL 2.x support making application like Blender able to detect your GPU, or ready to execute some OpenCL-based applications.

Update: for Ubuntu 20.04 with ROCm 4.1.x.
Tested on Ubuntu 20.04 with kernel 5.8.0-48 generic with RX 570 validated with Blender 2.92.0
