Oggi condivido con voi un dolce che personalmente da amante della frutta secca e dello yogurt greco apprezzo tantissimo.
Questo plumcake inoltre è totalmente senza burro e con poco zucchero.
Tra gli ingredienti sono presenti 100 ml di olio extravergine d'oliva che per un dolce può sembrare davvero strano, ma garantisco che oltre ad apportare una quota di grassi buoni, non altera in alcun modo il gusto che normalmente ha un dolce.
Per chi vuole renderlo più sfizioso anche per i bambini (non preoccupatevi l'alcool dello sciroppo evapora totalmente) può aggiungere anche delle gocce di cioccolato fondente quantità a piacere.

This plumcake is also totally butter-free and low in sugar.
The ingredients include 100 ml of extra virgin olive oil, which for a cake may sound really strange, but I guarantee that in addition to providing a quota of good fats, it does not in any way alter the taste that a cake normally has.
For those who want to make it tastier even for children (don't worry the alcohol in the syrup evaporates completely) can also add dark chocolate chips in any quantity they like.

Per il plumcake
125 gr di yogurt greco 0%
75 gr di zucchero
100 ml di olio evo
185 gr di farina tipo 1
1 bustina di lievito per dolci
1 pizzico di sale
200 gr di noci
2 uova
1 punta di chiodi di garofano in polvere
scorza grattugiata di un arancia
Per lo sciroppo
50 ml di miele
succo di 1 arancia
cannella in polvere q.b.
chiodi di garofano in polvere q.b.
50 ml di brandy
scorza di 1/2 arancia
