This rock and roll classic was written by Eddie Cochran and Mario Roccuzzo. It was recorded by Eddie Cochran in 1958, but not released until 1961, a year after his death. Like Eddie's songs 'Summertime Blues', 'Weekend' and 'C'mon Everybody', the lyrics describe the busy life of a 1950s American teenager, and the challenges of dating and 'running 'round' with your 'crew'. Once again, Eddie's arrangement includes a prominent rhythm guitar, chord riff. I wish I could recreate Eddie's raspy vocals on those higher notes!
