Found this in my old archives. Our primary way of training push hands in Tang Shou Tao. The clip starts with discussion of the scope of the training at :14 and then goes into sample applications within scope at 1:48 and then finally has a free play demonstration starting at 4:00 for those who may be interested in just one of the parts over another.
