• 5 tbsp (70g) brown butter, cooled
• 1/2 cup (100g) dark brown sugar
• 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
• 1/4 cup (56g) neutral oil
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 large eggs
• 1 cup (225g) pumpkin purée (well-drained)
• 1 cup + 1 tbsp (142g) all-purpose flour
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/8 tsp nutmeg
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 cup (175g) mini chocolate chips
Baking temperature: 180°C (350°F)
Bake time: 55–60 minutes
Pan: 10×20 cm loaf pan
