Great Salterns parkrun #32, Little victories all around.

Hiya everybody and welcome to episode 27 of my parkrun vlog.

My second time at Great Salterns parkrun, and the weather didn't disappoint again like the last few weeks.
I started the morning jogging around some of the course as a warmup.

A really good briefing today funny and informative with mentions for 50, 100 and 250 milestones.

A really good turnout for todays event with 102 runners. A few people running as well as attending @victorious_festival so hopefully they enjoyed the run and the 🎶 music later on.

I had a good start today, and just ran by feel. I'll let you watch the video and get an idea instead of giving it all away here.

Happy with the time considering that I'm in the middle of marathon training. Currently on week 11 of training, video early next week for that, it's certainly been an interesting week.
