In this video I go over developing a testcase that creates a customer using UFT One automation tool. I developed a framework that does not use the object resource manager but instead the framework that I use to develop test cases uses descriptive programming and run-time object recognition. I will also go over the different library files used in the framework. This is part 1 of 2 where I go over examples of the development of TC's for CRUD functionality (create, read, update and delete) using OpenText UFT One automation tool.
