Has this ever happened to you?. You hook your RV up to shorepower at a campground, then two days later, you lose your lights, water pump, and other items. The problem is your battery charger may not be working and your battery has been fully discharged. Wouldn't it be nice if there was a way to tell if this is happening - before it does?
In this video, we explain the various scenarios how this can happen, how to remedy the issue, and a way to monitor the battery and charger. We dust off our Battery/Charger Monitor construction project and give it an update to Version 2, which is actually significantly less expensive to build.
This is an Arduino project.
