It was a nerve wracking experience for me especially when singing in a really public space. We went to an amusement park for my parents' 24th wedding anniversary and we found a cool and talented musician! I asked to have a jamming session with him and he gladly agreed so we did a jam together.
I was so conscious that time since the rides before that made me so nauseous so I tried singing by closing my eyes (works like a charm every time). Somehow, the second I opened my eyes, I saw people smiling and singing along with me. Some are slightly dancing because the song is really vibing.
I would love to do this again. It's a new experience especially for someone like me who often performs a lot on stage.
