For our Malaysia series finale, we headed to a local’s secret food GEM in the heart of Kuala Lumpur — Nasi Ayam Hainan Chee Meng. This spot was recommended to us by a local in the comments of one of our previous videos, so we knew we had to check it out!
We walked over to Bukit Bintang, sat down, and ordered refreshing lychee tea, a plate of rich and flavorful Mi Hokkien noodles with shrimp, chicken, and soy sauce, and their famous Nasi Ayam Dada — tender poached chicken with fragrant white rice. After giving our thoughts on the food and sharing a bit of insight into the restaurant, we wrapped up the day with a sweet surprise: a boba chocolate caramel sundae.
