Please note: if purchasing the genuine Apexi pen style turbo timer, you WILL NOT need to cut your plug and play harness and also you WILL NOT have that sudden RPM raise when the key has been turned back to remove your key. Follow these instructions and install your turbo timer at your own risk, if you are stuck or are not mechanically inclined... take it to a mechanic.
In this video I'm going to be showing you step by step on how to install the Chinese copy of the APEXI (pen style) turbo timer on a 2G DSM. These instructions might apply to other turbo timers out on the market, just cross reference the wires and you should be set. I DID NOT use the signal for the 02 signal wire, that's what your Wideband (if you have one) is for.
