This episode takes place inside and outside the North Point Mall in Vice Point, where Construction Workers and PIGs (and some Sharks too) battle each other. Peds have random weapons using the rainbomizer mod. This episode was suggested by JAGUAR369.

About the Peds Riot episodes:
In these episodes, the pedestrians of Vice City attack each other with weapons using the 'Peds Riot (FIGHTFIGHTFIGHT)' and 'Peds Carry Guns (OURGODGIVENRIGHTTOBEARARMS)' cheat codes.
Using the GTA Vice City Rainbomizer mod, peds can be given random weapons, various episodes may see the peds and vehicles randomized too.
With God Mode mod enabled, Tommy will not take damage from anything.
