In this video, I use particle diagrams to explain the conceptual differences between volume, molarity, and amount of solute (i.e., moles). I show how to use dimensional analysis to do solution stoichiometry (converting between volume, molarity, and amount of solute). Finally, I do a dilution calculation and show how that's done in the lab.
