This vlog has been a hard one to process. I went to Focsani, a medium-sized city in the heart of Moldova, the Vrancea region, to see how things have changed since I last visited more than 25 years ago...and it was a sad discovery. My mother's childhood house, my aunt's flat, my grandmother's small house and my friend's apartment all were changed and not necessarily for the better. I guess richness doesn't always equate with beauty, quality and good vibes.
