I have used spare V Slot aluminium extrusions, LM20UU bearings, 3d printed bearing holders, 20mm Spindle Shaft, Some Brackets, Plates and T Nuts to make this simple jig which can help is easy tapping of 2020, 2040 V Slot and T Slot extrusions. It can be easily modified to tap other size extrusions too. I would be adding some clamps later on to make this more user friendly.
