《希娅的日记》今天在百丈漈度过了充实又刺激的一天！我特地穿上女侠风造型，准备和瀑布拍出酷酷的视频。站在瀑布前，越靠近风越大💦，水雾全打在脸上，全身湿透，眼睛都快睁不开了😂。在湿滑的大石头上小心试探，还努力握着笛子保持镇定。为了出片，也是拼了！一路上，有小姑姑和两位妹妹陪伴支持，让我可以安心拍摄，也拍出了心中想要的效果✨。
沿途偶遇侯明昊的剧组，他们正在拍电视剧《少年白马醉春风》，看到工作人员在吃盒饭，还人生第一次在现实中看到导演。
沿途风景也超美：紫色睡莲静静漂浮在水面上，忍不住停下来欣赏；敲鼓跟着感觉走🎶，抱大树吸收大自然的能量🌿，每一个小瞬间都像在记录青春的模样。满满都是大自然的清凉与活力！

Today I spent a fulfilling and exciting day at Baizhangji Waterfall! I specially dressed in a heroine-style outfit, ready to film a cool video with the waterfall. Standing in front of it, the closer I got, the stronger the wind 💦, and the water spray hit my face—my whole body got soaked and I could barely keep my eyes open 😂. I carefully tested my steps on the slippery rocks and tried my best to hold the flute steadily. All for the perfect shot, really giving it my all!
Along the way, my aunt and two younger sisters accompanied and supported me, so I could film with peace of mind and capture the results I envisioned ✨.
We also unexpectedly ran into Hou Minghao’s crew filming the TV drama Young White Horse Drunken in Spring, watched the staff having their boxed lunches, and it was my first time seeing the director in real life.
The scenery along the way was stunning too: purple water lilies floated quietly on the surface, I couldn’t help stopping to admire them; I played the drum following the rhythm 🎶, hugged trees to absorb the energy of nature 🌿, and every little moment felt like capturing the essence of youth. It was all filled with the refreshing and vibrant energy of nature！
