If there is an autothrottle disconnect above 60 kt IAS during TO or FLEX takeoff, thrust levers must be set to MAX to continue the takeoff.
In this video, the HOLD mode engages at 60 kt IAS, then a wind gust decreases the IAS briefly to just below 60 kt which probably leads to the autothrottle disconnection.
The AUTOTHROTTLE alert is canceled by pressing an A/T DISC switch.
At 400 ft RA the AT can be re-selected again.
