Hora de Munte ("Mountain Dance") is a folk dance from Romania. This version was introduced to North America by Christian Florescu and Sonia Dion. A spirited dance done in an open circle with no partners needed. Some "asymmetrical" aspects of the dance suggest the need to have the instructor call out the transitions.
