In this video, I cover some simple changes that make user snippets as intuitive as it seems most people would like them to be by default.
Tips:
1. Add "editor.suggest.snippetsPreventQuickSuggestions": false to your settings.json
2. Add "editor.snippetSuggestions": "top" to your settings.json to always keep your snippets at the top (instead of a suggestion to type your prefix).
3. Use $0 where you want your cursor in a simple snippet.
