There are many restaurants on the Island of Krk but only a dozen of them are really worth visiting. Restaurant Žal in Klimno is definitely one of them. Video footage of preparing homemade bread, fillet monkfish fillet and mixed ''buzara''. Buzara is Croatian way of cooking mussels, scampi or vongole with only few simple ingredients.
Let's not forget to mention that the restaurant is in an excellent location, it is. by the sea. When it comes to ''buzara'' - less is more.
Restaurant Žal is run by Fanuko family and all family members work in restaurant. This fact, in our opinion, is just one of those who speak in favor of visiting the restaurant.
