2023 Hyundai GTLX elevators – Yuseung Apartments, Munchon Village, Goyang, KR

Here are some new Hyundai lifts, which are not that typical: their model is GTLX, which is a part of Hyundai's new model series, N:EX!

These elevators are located in a typical and rather old 25-floor apartment complex not far from Daehwa and Juyeop stations in Goyang. Of course, that is a replacement, and before these buildings used to have modernized LG VP-L. However, after 27 years of use (rather long service life for Korea) they were replaced.

As I have already mentioned, these are not another lifts from Hyundai's WB series, but from GT or N:EX (the abbreviation means "New + Experience + Everything") ones. What's the difference? Basically they have new belt cables (H-Belts), a reworked controller and, probably, that's all. Now it takes much less time for leveling, even the "door opening" announcement is not being played (in case of these exact lifts, some N:EX installations still have that voice).

The fixtures are similar to those, which are used in new Hyundai WB: new small version of smart indicator and a typical panel with white LCD display. Type 21 buttons are installed on all car and hall operating panels. The first floor call button also has a foot sensor.

If we take this exact elevator as an example of Hyundai's N:EX series, it would be a bit incorrect, because the interior design is a cheaper one: it was ordered as a replacement model. Anyways, it is clearly visible that the logic was improved a lot.
