Much like the muggle world right now, there's a bug going around at Hogwarts meaning everyone is feeling a little under the weather!
Fear not though! This week's potion recipe is for PepperUp Potion - the magical wizarding world drink (that has a bit of a kick to it) but will have you feeling better in no time!
This honey, lemon, garlic, ginger and turmeric is inspired by a family recipe that my mum used to make for me whenever I was ill growing up. It's a super easy potion recipe with real-life effects because it's packed full of vitamins, anti-inflammatory goodness and a whole lot of natural muggle magic!

I'll walk you through all the steps to prepare your fresh ingredients and then show you how to brew up your own Pepper-Up Potion at home!
