A trip of a lifetime to Cabo San Lucas for two best friends to get married. We stayed at The Cape which was by far the nicest resort we've ever been to. We did site seeding and other adventures, but the most exciting was an offshore trip targeting marlin. Although, there were rough conditions, the marlin were chewing and we were able to land 3 of them. We did keep one for dinner and it was very unique to say the least. Texture was similar to mahi, and swordfish, flavor was almost like a cobra. Enjoy!
