Having previously 'been on the water' myself, I wondered why there were so few Role Playing Games or miniatures during the 1980s that were Pirate or Seaborne-related games. Did Game Designers Fear the Sea in the 1980s? I think gamers just thought Pirates were a bit 'Black & White TV' at that time. @GBA_RPGaming.
