DUI Jury Trial this past week. Talking Strategy for Video Redaction
This past week Matt-O and myself, both Orlando DUI Attorneys, were in trial on a DUI refusal case. The case involved an experienced DUI officer that came off well on the stand. Another strategy problem - another video topic.
The facts were this - Speeding, Odor, Slurred, DUI bracelet, sway, average on roadside sobriety tests SFST - Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus HGN testimony was excluded.
Great trial all the way from Jury Selection all the way to the Not Guilty Verdict.
In this particular video I discuss a few of the rules surrounding video redaction and the law.
