Hot Ones | The Classic GARLIC FRESNO EDITION
Born from a delicious accident! When a batch of The Classic was made with 10x more garlic than usual, a new classic was created. This limited edition, blue label sauce is made with organic Fresno chiles straight from Smokin’ Ed’s farm, giving the sauce a beautiful earthy, sweet flavor and mild heat. When balanced with the extra garlic, it makes for a must-have table sauce that adds depth and warmth to any dish. Excellent on eggs! Perfect for pizza! Wonderful on wings (of course). Add it to elote or spice up a shrimp scampi. The possibilities are as endless as the garlic flavor. Like a sriracha but with no sugar!

Shaquanda's | Spicier Smoke
Everyone’s favorite saucy mama is back and she is spicing things up! A hotter version of the original pepper sauce featured in Season 9 of Hot Ones, this recipe packs a punch thanks to added habanero and has a hint of smoke from paprika powder. The heat makes way for bold Caribbean-inspired flavors: a hit of aromatic onion, punchy mustard, and the natural sweetness of the peppers. Try it with sausage, roasted cauliflower, breakfast hash and more.

Ever since we launched in 2015, people have asked when we were going to come out with a super hot hot sauce. Following our original philosophy of flavor first and highlighting the character of each fire-roasted chile pepper, we created multiple test batches using Ghost, Scorpion, and Reaper chile peppers. However, we weren’t very happy with the results. In our opinion, while the super hot chiles deliver supreme pain, their flavor is just blah. So we decided to fix that and start with Habanero (an amazing tasting chile and our number 1 seller) and a booze base. We haven’t met a hot head who doesn’t like booze (the alcohol cooks out). We only considered ingredients that complimented the wine and Habanero. Once we were happy with the flavor profile, we added Reaper to bring the heat up to a level that makes hot heads smile and average people cry.
