This day in particular was very interesting, new trains were routed (CSX Lineville under curfew) and those being M515, M542, and M209. This day being one of the first M209 runs since curfew started it hit a car on 7th St. in Opelika. The driver was an old lady who apparently fell asleep behind the wheel, then got hit by the train. The driver was then immediately taken to EAMC where she would later then be airlifted to Atlanta, unfortunately she succumbed to her injuries. Love goes out for the lady's family, it's a tough situation to deal with. After M209 cleared up and the car was towed away, behind him sitting in Auburn was M606. It didn't take too long before he appeared and made his way.
