[APH] Milk & Cookies - Animation (CANCELLED)

I did not cancel this project solely because of [[edited out]]. I have a bigger, more personal reason why i decided to scrap this.

As you may know, i have severe crippling depression. It's hard for me to draw everyday, let alone get up and take care of myself. I am a very stubborn person, and i got that stubbornness confused with my determination.

I do not like leaving things unfinished. In fact i hate it. Every time i upload an animatic, i have this grander vision in my head that i desperately want to show everyone. I have every detail planned out in my head; every movement, color, expression, etc. You know how you have an image in your head, yet you struggle to get it onto paper?

That's my struggle. I'm working way too hard on every detail to make it perfect.

I'm so concentrated on the end product, that i'm suffering during the process. It's becoming not fun anymore to work on these taxing projects, because i'm so focused on having that end-goal be finished and beautiful. I try so hard to impress my peers, my followers, my mutuals...

And it took me a long time to realize; it's okay to not be perfect. It's okay if i don't upload grand projects that look beautiful. All i have to do is do what i can right now, and let myself relax.

So, starting 2018-- I'm not going to make any more promises i can't keep. I'm just going to work on things that make me happy. And if it just turns out to be just another shitty animatic--

fuck it.
