Indian Hawker Food. Mr Vadai at Haig Road Hawker Centre is one of three outlets that dishes out all sorts of Vadai (Indian Donut) and a whole lot of Fried stuff (Chicken Wings, Goreng Pisang, Keropok Lokor). The family-run stall was once part of the roving Pasar Malam (Night Markets) all around the City-State, and the yearly Ramadan Bazaar at Geylang Serai.
