How to Speed Ramp in DaVinci Resolve 17 | Retime Controls

In this video, we'll be discussing how to speed ramp in DaVinci Resolve 17. In the last video, we looked at how to change a clip's speed but this was more of a constant speed change where the entire clip speed is altered. A Speed Ramp is a little different as it's only affecting a section of your video clip with a change of speed in order to achieve a desired creative effect such as drawing attention to a moment, movement or part of the video clip. DaVinci Resolve 17 makes speed ramping very easy to do with its powerful Retime Controls. If you're looking to slow your clip down for slow motion or speed it up for a timelapse effect then watch this video to learn how to speed ramp in Davinci Resolve 17!
