Martin decided to make a clone of himself. After his wife gave him an ultimatum – either he spends more time with her or they get divorced – Martin went to his friend and scientist. He asked the man to clone him. Then, the original Martin would be free to dedicate all his time to his career, and the copy would take care of his spouse. However, this brilliant plan didn’t work out as planned.

After spending time with Laura, he truly fell for her. And he began to see the original Martin as a threat to their relationship.
