Ingredients:
For Dough:
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• ½ cup lukewarm water
• ½ cup lukewarm milk
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 1 tbsp yeast
• 1 egg
• 2 tbsp soft butter
• Pinch of salt
For Filling:
• 3 tbsp softened butter
• 3 tbsp brown sugar
• 2 tsp cinnamon powder
For Frosting:
• 100g unsalted butter
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 100g cream cheese
Method:
1. Bloom yeast with sugar and lukewarm water; rest until frothy.
2. Mix flour, salt, and egg; add milk gradually to form a dough.
3. Add butter, knead until smooth, and let rise until doubled.
4. Roll the dough, spread cinnamon filling, roll tight, and cut into rolls.
5. Proof again, then bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes until golden.
6. Beat butter, sugar, and cream cheese for frosting.
7. Frost warm rolls and enjoy.
