Lau Chingri Ingredients
১ কেজি লাউ / 1 kg lau (Bottle Gourd)
১ চা চামচ জিরা / 1 tsp cumin
জল / Water
১০০ মিলি সরিষার তেল / 100 ml Mustard oil
৫০০ গ্রাম চিংড়ি / 500g prawns
২ টি তেজপাতা / 2 ea bay leaves
১/২ চা চামচ কালো জিরে / 1/2 tsp black onion seeds
২ চা চামচ কুচানো কাঁচা লঙ্কা / 2 tsp chopped green chili
১ চা চামচ ধনেগুঁড়ো / 1 tsp coriander powder
১/২ চা চামচ কাশ্মীরি লঙ্কা গুঁড়ো / 1/2 tsp kashmiri chili powder
১/২ চা চামচ হলুদ গুঁড়ো / 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
জল / water
স্বাদমত নুন / salt to taste
