This video shows how to perform a Leak Test on Namkeen (Snack) Pouch (by pressure method instead of the Vacuum Method) automatically followed by the Burst Pressure Test.
The Pressure Leak Test is a superior test compared to the Vacuum Leak Test and can detect the smallest leaks.
It works wonders in pouches that cannot be tested suitably by the Vacuum Leak Test.
The Pouch Burst Test is a full pouch seal integrity test and hence is superior to the Seal Strength Test (ASTM F88) performed on a Tensile Tester.
The Pouch Burst Test confirms to ASTM F 1140 / ASTM F 2095 / ASTM F 2054
