Prhka pita od jabuka 📝
Tijesto za koru:
250 g glatkog brašna
1 žl šećera
Prstohvat soli
140 g svinjske masti
2 žl hladnog maslaca
50 ml hladne vode
zamijesiti tijesto od navedenih sastojaka, na kraju dodati hladnu vodu i na kockice narezan hladan maslac. Staviti u vrećicu i u frižider da odmori dok pripremite mrvičasti sloj i nadjev.
Mrvičasti sloj za posip:
150 g brašna
113 g maslaca
70 g smedjeg šećera
1 žličica cimeta (može i začin za medenjake)
sve sastojke prstima izgnječiti u mrvičastu masu i ostaviti u frižider.
Nadjev:
4 - 5 većih jabuka
50 g smedjeg šećera
Sok 1 limuna
1 žličica cimeta
Prstohvat soli
1 žl maslaca
1,5 žl brašna
1 vanilin šećer
oguliti jabuke i narezati u šerpicu na kockice, preliti limunovim sokom, dodati šećer, cimet i dinstati na laganoj vatri dok ne puste sok. Ovisno o sorti jabuke prilagodite limunov sok i vrijeme dinstanja da se ne raspadne. Takodjer od socnosti jabuka ovisi koliko soka ce pustiti pa mozete dodati malo vode ili soka od jabuke u sos. Na kraju dodajte maslac, brašno da zgusne smjesu i vanil šećer. Prohladite prije filanja.
Uključite rernu na 180*
Razvaljajte bazno tijesto i stavite ili na dno velikog kalupa za tart ili tortu cca 25-30 cm. Ili radite mini varijante kao ovdje. Postupak je prikazan u video receptu. Na koru nanesite nadjev, i na vrh posipajte mrvice. Ja sam ovdje jabukama dodala i malo šumskog voća, tako da možete kombinirati okuse i voce po vašoj želji. Pecite ih 20 min dok lijepo ne porumene. Ohladite i služite sa tučenim vrhnjem ili sladoledom.

Crispy apple pie 📝
Dough for the crust:
250 g of smooth flour
1 tsp of sugar
A pinch of salt
140 g of pork fat
2 tablespoons of cold butter
50 ml of cold water
mix the dough from the above ingredients, at the end add cold water and cold butter cut into cubes. Put in a bag and in the fridge to rest while you prepare the crumb layer and filling.
Crumbly layer for sprinkling:
150 g of flour
113 g of butter
70 g of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon (can also be gingerbread spice)
mash all the ingredients with your fingers into a crumbly mass and leave in the fridge.
Stuffing:
4 - 5 large apples
50 g of brown sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
A pinch of salt
1 tbsp of butter
1.5 tbsp of flour
1 vanilla sugar
peel the apples and cut them into cubes in a saucepan, pour lemon juice over them, add sugar, cinnamon and simmer over low heat until they release the juice.
Depending on the type of apple, adjust the lemon juice and stewing time so that it does not fall apart. Also, how much juice will be released depends on the juiciness of the apples, so you can add a little water or apple juice to the sauce.
At the end, add butter, flour to thicken the mixture and vanilla sugar.
Cool before filling.
Turn on the oven at 180*
Roll out the base dough and place it either on the bottom of a large tart or cake mold approx. 25-30 cm.

Put the filling on the crust, and sprinkle the crumbs on top.
Here, I added a little forest fruit to the apples, so you can combine flavors and fruits as you wish. Bake them for 20 minutes until they are nicely browned.
Cool and serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
