Roll Down és una peça de l’òpera folk The Transports (1977) de Peter Bellamy i és una cançó habitual als festivals de sea shanties. Aquesta és la primera cançó que vam fer per a aquest disc, quan al principi el concebíem estrictament com un disc de música marinera.
La versió original la cantàvem acapella, utilitzant recursos propis dels barbershop quartets, un tipus de grups vocals populars dels Estats Units.
Vam decidir posar-li un videoclip perquè el nostre amic Miquel Zelich té una barca i pensàvem que quedaria molt bonic. Un cop vam veure el videoclip vam veure que sense instruments d’acompanyament quedava massa poca cosa i vam decidir arranjar-la. Qualsevol similitud amb les campanyes publicitàries d’una coneguda marca cervesera amb el nom d’un cos celeste seguit per la paraula ordi però canviant la O per una D, la R per una A i la D i la I per dues M és pura casualitat.
