2025 turned out to be a great for me as far as my health journey! It got off to a slow start but, I finally learned how to control my eating habits and finally accomplished some health goals. Eating smaller meals, cutting down on sugar and bread consumption, quitting alcohol completely, and getting some movement into my routine really helped. By the end of the year, I noticed less pain and inflammation in my joints, more energy, and a lot more confidence. I managed to lose 40 pounds and hope to lose 25 more in 2026 while incorporating more weighty lifting and cardio exercises into my routine.
