Ingredients required to make milk rice rabri recipe
1-liter milk
100 grams of rice
10 to 12 almonds
8 to 10 cashew nuts
12 to 15 pistachios
100 grams of sugar
How to make milk rice rabri
To make this milk rice rabdi, we have first washed the rice here and grind it in a grinder. After grinding, take it out in another vessel and keep it for two minutes. Now turn the flame on and boil 1-liter milk we have taken on medium heat for about 5 to 6 minutes. After boiling the milk for 5 to 6 minutes, add sugar and rice solution to it.
Now cook it on medium heat for about 15 to 20 minutes. During this, keep stirring it well so that your milk is not burnt in your vessel. After 15 to 20 minutes, your milk rice rabri will be ready and now you can garnish it with your dry fruit. If you want, you can also keep it in the refrigerator for 1 hour because the flavor of this rabri comes too much when it gets cold.
