KYOGYOSHINSHO | CHAPTER ONE | True Teaching of the Pure Land Way revealed | INTRODUCTION | 顯淨土真實教

The Kyo-Gyo-Shin-Sho (淨土教行信證): Teaching, Practice, Shinjin (Faith) and Realization of The Pure Land Way, is Master Shinran’s masterpiece work of six Chapters written in classical Chinese. It vividly captures the complete teaching, that allows ordinary foolish people, like us, to gain enlightenment simply, by entrusting ourselves to Amida Buddha’s Primal Vow. Chapter One gives us a broad Introduction to this marvelous text and explains the True Teaching of The Pure Land Way.

This marvelous work is a spiritual pilgrimage and journey of discovery spanning many ages, from the Enlightenment of Shakyamuni Buddha, through the dissemination of the Pure Land Dharma by the seven Lineage Masters, to Master Shinran himself, and now to wretched sentient beings like us.
